Application tips:
Roll out the membrane. Arrange it, cut it to length, pull it tight and fix it in place, e.g. using stainless steel pins (it should be invisible inside the overlap, which should be at least 10 cm). Always install the last mechanical fixing after laying (e.g. counterstrips)! Ampacoll ND Pads (nail pads) or Ampacoll ND.Band (nail sealing tape should be used for this purpose.
Ampacoll Profix is also used to bond Ampatop RF black (plus) to the metal cladding inside the insulation layer. The maximum distance horizontally or vertically is 1.45 m. The minimum width of the profiles is 4 cm. The insulation must fill the entire cavity and must be evenly laid and secured in place so that the facade membrane is not adversely affected (no buckling, buckling, etc.). When installing on wooden materials, pressure-resistant insulation materials or similar materials, it is recommended to glue using Ampacoll Profix every 70 cm horizontally and vertically, especially if individual brackets are installed only for final fixation. The maximum distance between individual fasteners is 70 cm (horizontally and vertically). P.S.: Protruding fasteners must be split at the level of insulation and must not penetrate the membrane (eg two-piece brackets with tightening flanges).
